Information for investors

Dear Sirs,

Our company “Ecoles-Pizhma” LLC is situating in  Nizhny Novgorod (400 km east from Moscow), Russia.  We are looking for an opportunity to get your support in the development of our plans in Nizhny Novgorod region.

The Nizhny Novgorod region (oblast’) has population more than 4000000, and the specific fact is that the northern part of the region (1/3 of the population) is not gasified, the central and industrial heating centres are using coal or masut (fuel oil), private – firewood, which are dangerous for ecology, not effective, too complicate and become too expensive nowadays. At the same time northern part of our (NN) region is covered with a lot of forest (80% - hardwood).

The government of NN region has taken a firm decision to turn into use of bio-fuels, to reconstruct the central heating-systems and equip them in order to use wooden pellets.

Our company has agreement with Government of the region, that we will promote and realise in life their program, and we have full support from the Governor Mr.V. Chancev.
 

We have the plan:

1. to build 4 Pellet-plants in North of NN region, one-two in each district (with capacity  at the beginning about 25000t/year) – Varnavino, Vetluga, Shakhunja, Tonshajevo (download information).
2. to create an Energy Saving Company (download information) with internal fund in order to:

• make feasibility studies and  projecting documentation (we have to involve consultants and specialists) for 5-10 Years Project of transfer all the  old boilers and heating plants of Nizhny Novgorod region for biomass and waste. In the above mentioned districts we have decided to do reconstruction of their boiler houses (heating-centres) as well. Some of them are in a deplorable state (download pictures).
• embed highly technological equipment, efficient producing heat and electrical energy, turning waste into energy, saving emissions (Our company is an agent of Danish and Italian producers of boilers).
• establish productions of biomass:
  a) it is necessary to develop harvesting of forest in Nizhny Novgorod region, there is a big lack in harvesting activity for more than 20 years, forests are getting too old.
  b) build new woodpellets-and- woodchips plants.
  c) supply each new boiler with a chipper for in case of disruptions in the supply of fuel, and for the opportunity to make a backup fuel (wood chips).
  d) finance all above mentioned.
  e) reimburse invested in new boiler means the schemes under the Kyoto Protocol in a single project.

  3. to equip as much as possible of private houses, schools, railway-stations, hospitals atc. with pellet -based - heating systems.

The results so far :

1. We are building (we will start the production before the end of 2011) the first pellet plant ! It is situating in Pizhma, Tonshaievo district, NN region. Capacity - 12 000 t/year.
2. We are trading with small capacity, only enough for private use, heaters/boilers.
3. We made agreement with the Varnavino and Shakhunja district’s administrations for to start reconstruction and converting of the existing boiler houses into pellets.

We have very serious plans of the development of our region, and we have really good support of the Government, and we are looking for partners:

1. Professionals
Pellet, plantsproducers or those who can offer pellet-plants solutions, ready for sale.
Company or a man, who can do project and supervise renovation, reconstruction, industrial conversion of old heating systems.
